Memories assaulting,
Children's voices,
Sadness flooding,
Hospice singing,
Pain, ache, hurt,
Quietness deafening,
Horror dawning,
Prayer imploding,,
The last goodbye,
Plans destroyed,
Yesterday,
Tears, Laughter?
Starting again,
Alone?
Family fractured,
Jesus,
New life,
Hearts are broken,
Mum's departed,
Sorrow's planted,
Glory waiting,
The saviour came...
In our hearts
Tomorrow's coming,
